I have a efficient Networks SpeedStream 5360 modem but when I tried to getting to the Internet, it shows an "error connecting to AT&T" (My DSL provider), it cannot find the device to connect to AT&T..... could you let me know what the problem is? Do you know is that posssible the modem got defective or my dsl provider's (AT&T) line problem? Please help me to solve the problem ASAP. I am the person need to use Internet everyday. I have it let it fix right away.
