dsl router
Hi, i just e mailed my problem a while ago and marked gave me a solution to configure the router. i just did it, but while i ws on the process of configuring, a dialogue box appeared stating that no internet connection can be found. can somebody give me an idea why this is happening? what shall i do? please help...... how do you configure a cisco wireless access point

Check your windows network configuration. You may have to go through the wireless setup wizard by adding a connection. At least you know they recognize each other. There also may be a security code that is needed in the network setup in windows. right click on the network connection and look at properties. only change one thing at a time and document what changes you make.
It's could be one step away. are the router and computer both set up the same either adhoc or infrastructure? are you running XP? do you have the manual for the router? what model router?
