Dual transmitter DVR has stopped recording on TV2. Programs are set to record, the guide shows that they are being recorded. They are listed in the to record list, but they are not in the list of recorded programs. TV1 is recording as scheduled, but only 1 red light is on on the front of the unit

Hi, my name is Cheri Torres and I am with DISH Network Customer Service. I have never heard of receiver only recording on one tuner but not on the other but I would like to see if we can find a solution for you. The first step to try in order to resolve your issue is make sure that you do not have any timers conflicting with each other. If you do have two different timers that are set to record at the same time it can cause the DVR to record one show and not the other. Another trouble shooting step to try is a hard reset by unplugging your receiver for ten seconds then plugging the cord back in. After you have allowed your DISH receiver to reset try your DVR recording functions again.
