If you keep getting this kind of troubles , the problem is still assembly. Something had not been done in the right way, or the range behaviour would not have changed after re-assembling everything together.

Check to be sure burner ports, shutter, end of the burner (venturi) and orifice(s) are free of any obstructions. Also, if your grill has been stored over a prolonged period of time,check to make sure no spiderwebs have been formed in the shutter end of the burner (venturi) or over orifices.

Is the fresh air supply for adjusting the burners open? there is an adjusment, is the flame blue or yellow while they are going?

I would bump the gas flow a bit and make sure there are no obstructions within the system. check the valve for malfunctions as well.

increase the gas flow at the valve. make sure the valve isn't partially blocked.
The third one may be clogged or the connections broken.check and reply.
