I have a Duraband DVD player and it doesn't work - doesn't come on. Worked one minute and quit the next minute. My problem is I bought the 2 year service agreement at Wal-Mart in Las Cruces, NM sometime in Nov/Dec. 2007 and now I can't find the receipt. This was the 2nd DVD player that I had bought and by 'history' I knew I need to buy the extended service agreement. I still have the original box. How can you help me? This is my lifesaver when I take my 4 grandkids on trips.
