During timing belt replacement, the instructions indicate that if the oil sprocket is removed, then a plug has to be taken out and .300 pointed screw driver inserted about 2.5 inchs to ensure a counter wieght is in the correct position. Question is, is that oil sprocket was not removed, does that step need to be taken? If so, the drawings I found a Kia Tech info are not clear enough as to where the plug is
