During vinyl play the sound will drop Numark TTUSB
During vinyl play the sound will drop and often the vocals are near silent. This occurs similtaneously with buzzing sound from deck. If I turn off and on normality is restored until the next time. My deck is only a year and a half old. Any idea of the problem?

Sounds like the needle is worn down...try to replace the needle.....the buzzing sound often comes from open groung connections...that can come from the cartridge itself to the jacks on the back of the unit....bad ground and buzzing is normal for turntables and will also dramatically affect your sound level because the buzz or groung fault is higher than the sound being picked up by the needle.....open grounds can be checked with a meter set to continuity....to check for continuos line feed with no breaks in the lines.....if you find a broken line ...then that's your problem....it is a very simple repair....if the ground problem is in the cartridge...replace the cartridge which comes with a new needle as well...it's cheaper to buy it that way in stead of just bying a needle...if the ground fault is anywhere after the cartridge...then it's just a mater of replacing or repairing the line..again..very cheap repair....also...if the cartridge just clips on to the shell, sometimes it makes bad connections there too....that can just be cleaned with a little sand paper and it will work again....good luck
