The non-return gate on the bin connector is not closing so the unit is spilling dust when tilted forwards. I've tried clearing any fluff and dust away but can't see if there is a spring or band that should close it. I've removed the two long Torx screws but still can't remove the connector and don't want to force it. Can you advise how to disassemble, also what should be keeping the gate closed? Tks
