Hi There, my dvd drive will not acknowledge that i have put a disk in and wont even spin anymore. Tonight when i tried to open the dvd drive the whole laptop shut down as if there it has shorted out and the only way i can restart the laptop is by removing and replacing the battery, this has happend three times in a row, any ideas???
