DVD Player N715-PD NX
I keep getting a 'no disc' or 'disc error' message when trying to look at a DVD. I tried a DVD disc cleaner, but that didn't help. Anyone else run into this or have any suggestions on what to do? the discs are from Blockbuster. Also other store bought disc read the same way. It was new at the time we got it. Have not been able to make it work. We have used it Maybe two times. The real # on it is N715-PD.

It's quite possible the laser isn't moving properly in the player or it can't read the index on the DVD because the lens can't see it.
If it's still under warranty, it could be returned.
