(1) DVD Playing stops after about one hour for all dvd's.Please help me.
(2) The service person in Bangalore(India ) says , the full dvd lens ( full loader ) is to be replayced.Its type nr is 1200 S. It is not available in Bangalore. Can you please let me know where we can buy this spare lens 1200 S and where are the DVD Service centres in Bangalore(India) for YAMAKAWA DVD players. Thanks in advance.

You will need air in a can and open the unit and remove the laser screen cover that supports the disc when in and blow out the dust in the laser do this a few times.
