dvd recorder to both the tv and cable box as instructed by the manufacturer. however when i record or burn from the cable box i notice that the volume will n ot increase beyond what the tv was set at at the time of the recording. how can this be corrected? thanks tommy

Check on the Front Panel of your VCR look for Setup..see if have internal volume on your unit Like Pre Record Volume ...Good Luck
