My disk drive tray is not opening by eject button. Took out the disk using paper clip. Tray closes by eject button. Replacement disc can't be played. This situation arised when trying to keep a record copy of a video film. Checking by 'My computer'>drive properties>it says "this drive is working properly". Checking with Nero cd-dvd speed- disc is turning & giving many results. While checking 'disc quality', it gives 'error initializing test'. With 'Bench mark' check, gives 'error! unrecovered read error(031100). 'Nero disc info.' gives 'no disk inserted or drive not ready'. My compu'r has hardware- dvd-rw drives of 'Maxtor 6Y160m0' & dvd/cd-r drive of 'Philips dvd+rw dvd8631'. Any help will be very much appreciated. I've Dell-dimension 5000, P4 processor 530, winXP-SP2 home- 3yrs old. Thanks
