Hello we have a Koss ks 2503 and the dvd tray is stuck closed. We get mess 04 on the display.

See if you can acquire the software upgrade that Koss engineers devised to solve the problem, I did have one(the upgrade) but misplaced the disc, if you manage to obtain it please e-mail me.
