You can hear the dvd going round, but the screen says no disc. or just goes black and nothing happens. We bought it in Dec. for our granddaughter (birthday is June 27) and when we got it home, we tested it and it worked. We tried watching it one night and it still worked. We put it up and her birthday is coming soon and we have never watched a movie in it's entirety. K-Mart will not stand behind the birthday agreement, and the repair # wants $35.00 money order. We love Sylvania products, and am embarassed that it won't work. Can you help?
