Dymo label writer 400 turbo will not print
A new dymo label writer installed on my HP Pavilion PC will not print. The print window flashes but nothing happens. If I go to the devise it shows the print job without any errors. If I click resume it does not print. Also during the installation I lost my mouse.
I have reinstalled it. I have set it as the default printer. It did recognise that a new devise was plugged in so the USB cord does not appear faulty. My regular printer a Canon MF8180 is still printing. The labels are correctly placed and the roller is correctly against the labels. Oh yes, I am running Windows 7.

Uninstall the software and disconnect the printer from your PC. Then reinstall version 8 of the Dymo Software (without the printer connected) and connect the printer when prompted by the software.
Make sure you are using version 8 of the dymo label software - it is compatible with Windows 7.
