We have a Dyson canister vacuum (DC23). When I first bought the machine, I thought it was amazing. However, after having the machine only 2 years, the Powerhead keeps cutting out. Extremely frustrating! Right now, I cannot say that I would recommend a Dyson. I know people who have had the same issues with their Dyson and based on this sight there seem to be many. Is this a manufacturer defect & do you have any suggestions as to how I can get this repaired?
