Hello there:
ok first lets start with the fan if it is noisy i would first open the case and remove the fan and see if it is really dirty and if it is clean it out really good then reinstall it and try it again butif it continues to make this noise i would suggest getting a new one they only cost about 15 dollars. ok
now for the bios issue when you first start your e-machine you should see a couple of things at the bottom of the screen and one of them is the setup which is the bios setup and change area so simply hit the appropriate key and you will go into bios then using the tab key this will tab between different bios sections once you have made your changes press the f-10 key to save and reboot he machine *****NOTE**** Do not make any changes to the bios if you are not 100 % sure of what you are doing changing the settings in bios can cause the machine to stop responding or not working at all ok?
