I have been trying to get video onto my device and have had several problems. The first was that the disc provided did not work. It never popped up for it to install all it did was say open/view files on my computer. I did this I tried to get it to work by clicking on the files but nothing worked. Eventually I just got tired of it and downloaded a video converter that converts videos to mtv format. I also re sized all my videos to 128X128 which the ematic manual says to do. So then I ran into another problem one I can't figure out. When I drag the mtv file over to the ematic player there is no video file to put it into, only music. If I put it in music and try to play it it says file format error. Could someone please help me find the video file, I'm lost, do I need to get a different disc that works?
