Note the charger doesn't turn itself off. It will only signal batteries are charged. You can overcharge these batteries by leaving them on the charger for too long. Suggested by retailer is two hours maximum. Any case, Jackson Mack is correct on all counts there. If the light is green on the charger, and the scooter still doesn't go, there might be some other issue besides the batteries themselves like loose wiring, fuse switch, etc.
