Easy Media Creator 9 Suite re-install problem
I uninstalled this program because I was having a problem with space on my hardrive. I re-intall and my key is accepted but the intallation stalls at about 80% of the way and it stops and I get the following message: "Please insert the disk".
I re-insert the disk but I keep getting the same message over and over again. Help!!!!!

Look carefully at your disk and check for any scratches or fingerprints. There are ways to clean scratches to make a CD work again, using creamy peanut butter and a soft napkin or cloth, for example (but be sure to not follow the circular 'grooves'---wipe from center to edge or vice versa, and remove all traces of peanut butter before reinserting it into your computer!)
