I'm trying to play my video tapes through my vcr which is hooked up to my pc using the easycap usb adapter. However ulead is capturing video images but not hearing any audio sounds. Can only get a sound by going into options and ticking 'preview with sound' but tick does not stay ticked.

Can you advise me?
