EBay support Bought an item in eBay around 2 weeks ago, it didn't arrive (should have arrived 8 days ago), and I'm not able to contact the seller of the item. What should I do?
Any time you do not get what you have ordered and you can not contact seller all you have to do is open an item not received case in the resolution center. This link will take you to the eBay resolution center then look for"" I haven't received it yet"" .http://resolutioncenter.ebay.com/
You can contact ebay on the hompage on the left hand side you will see a contact us tab click that another page will open with answer centre also Ebay explained and security centre click on security tab another page will open on the left hand side you will see live help click that you might have to wait for someone to become available or you can talk to an automated voice explain in detail your problem with the live help you should get the appropriate help you should write all details of your transaction problems including the item no if you paid using paypal log onto your payal account open up a dispute in resolution tab you will have to find this tranzaction and copy the details down (date/item no/etc...write them down) make a list of problems you have with the seller to make a claim first how did you pay by bank account ,paypal,credit card if by bank or credit card account you will need to open a disputed bank transaction if you paid using paypal log onto your payal account open up a dispute in resolution tab you will have to find this tranzaction and copy the details down (date/item no/etc...(write them down) make a list of problems you have with the seller to make a claim hope this helps
