EC-23 machine, fans seem to be working, green light steady, makes nasty noise at start up, doesn't cool at all. cans are warm. any ideas? worked fine for about 3 months till this happened. Thanks in advance for any input

If the fan is running then the problem is most likely the Peltier junction cooler.It will have to be replaced.
