Echo GT200R runs for about 5 minutes and then stalls and won't start again until it sits for hours. I cleaned spark arrestor, it still won't start what else could it be?
On all 2-cycle motors there is a screen on the exhaust muffler. These motors need 3 things to run and they are fuel, spark, and air. Now to get air flow it has to come in one side via the air filter then out the otherside throw the exhaust. These screen are put there for admission i just remove them. To locate this screen look at the muffler do you see a smaller metal peace attached to the muffler it is attached with 3 #2 phillips head screws. I you make sure the motor hasn't been running first the remove these 3 screws and remove the small metal peace you will see the screen just remove screen then reach the small peace of metal with 3 screws and it should run fine.
