I got a new Eclipse V180 Series 8GB MP3 Music + Video Player for Christmas and I'm trying to transfer music from my laptop to the device using the USB cord that came with it. The laptop will make a noise when I plug/unplug the USB cord, but it doesn't show the device anywhere on my laptop. I tried connecting other devices and they worked fine. Please help! I have windows 7 if thats any help.
