My ECM Giotto has worked perfectly for about 8 years, with some minor services and replacements. Now I have come across a problem that I don't know how to fix. The machine starts, pumps and gets hot. The steamer works, the water from the water tap is hot, but when I try to make coffee just a few drops of water comes out of the coffee house, and then there is only steam coming out. I have tried to drain and refill the machine multiple times, but it won't solve the problem. Once the steam comes out of the coffee house, and the pressure goes down, the pump starts, but it don't seem to refill the reservoir and stays on forever, unless I turn the machine off. If I restart the machine after an hour or so, the pump works again, refills the reservoir, but the problem is still around...
