ECS H61H2-M12 PCIe socket not working
Can someone guide me with this... i have a video card, NVidia GT240 and my motherboard is ecs H61H2-M12 (socket 1155), Sometimes my video card will work but most of the time, when i put video card my system won't boot, just 3 short beeps. but when i put my connector to its built in/vga port, it will continue to boot. but the thing is, when i put my video card (NVidia GT240) to a socket 775 motherboard, it works perfectly. please help me with my problem... thanks in advance!

I don't know, what O/S operates your system. But, If you want to get the NVidea to be functioned well, you have to install the NVidea driver software, and it is an extra work. Haven't you got a NVidea driver software disk along with this NVidea card? Should have. Insert it into CD ROM, and follow the illustrations. It will take some time, in most cases, more than 20 minutes, to finish.
