Coil could be broken. open the cover hold the door switch and look to see if the coil glows when the heater is turned on if not turn off the power then remove the coil then turn on the power and check the voltage you should get 210V A/C on a meeter if you do or yo can do this firs, check for continuity on the coil if you get continuity then check for voltage. if no voltage check the breakers or check the breakers first the electric heater needs two breaker if one is tripped you could have a blower and no heat.
Thank You! I did take the coil out and checked for continuity which there was and the coil looked ok, they did not turn red when turned on, The top breaker makes the unit hum when the power is on to it, Is that a sign of a bad breaker?Thank You! No, the breaker should not make a sound happen at a remote device. A breaker works on a magnet and is sensitive to heat it is either open (off) or closed (on). The heater should work now. Did you try it?No, the breaker should not make a sound happen at a remote device. A breaker works on a magnet and is sensitive to heat it is either open (off) or closed (on).
