Report "Electric Model #42130: Is there something I'm missing with this stapler? I'm trying to open the back compartment to see if it needs staples. thought all I would have to do is push on the button with the staples icon & it would pop open. Nothing has worked. Additionally, it hasn't worked to staple anything when we have put in sheets of paper. i thought the batteries were dead, so I changed them & made sure the electrical cord was snug. I'm beginning to think "Bam" (our name for it because of the noise) has officially died :( any help"
