Electric motor buzzing
Have a TT318E-DV compressor, when I start it all I get is a buzzing from the electric motor. It does not seem to turn or even attempt to turn. Running it on 120Volt, 20 Amp circuit and it blows the circuit breaker within 3 sec.

You need to check for a bad capacitor first which it might not have... then suspect a bad motor.
after research it appears you might have two caps on top of the motor
