Report "electrical system on my brand-new Celebrity XL. I keep the batteries fully charged. After a very short period of use, the battery gauge will show a full charge; however when I pull on the throttle, the gauge will go all the way down to 0 and the scooter will stop. After about 30 seconds, the gauge will go back to full, but as soon as I press on the throttle, it goes right back down to 0 and the scooter hardly moves. I do get a diagnostic beep code of 1-4 which indicates low voltage and the need for a charge; however, these are fully charged batteries. I can never tell when I leave my house, whether I'm going to get where I'm going or whether the scooter is going to die on the way"
