Electrolux central vaccum works sporadically
I am having problems with my 10 year old central vaccum. It keeps stopping but when i twist the pipe slightly, it works again. The 1/2 inch needles that join the pipe become very hot and one can burn themselves from touching them. Not sure what to do to get it to work again.

The the hose, wands and power nozzle to the nearest AERUS store for repair. You have a short that needs to be fixed. They should just be able to replace the wire assemblies inside the wands, handle and power nozzle.
