Electrolux oven (model#EW30IS6CJSB, serial#NF21223301) top element won't turn off
I recently acquired an oven that's a couple years old. Whenever I bake, food will burn and recently, F10 errors have started beeping... and it'll only go away when I shut off the breaker. I removed the probe and tested its resistance: around 1100ohms at room temperature, it's fine. I have now noticed that whenever I turn on the oven, even at a low temperature, it'll beep when it reaches its target but the top element will keep heating with a bright orange color. Are all hints pointing at a bad control board? Or could it be the element itself? How do I identify which part number needs to be replaced? Thanks, A.

It would not be element bc it only works when supplied voltage. And obviously it works when supplied voltage. Whatever is sending voltage to the top element that shouldn't be is the issue. Such as control board
Yes I would go with the control board theory.
You need the model number of the oven, it will be on a paper tag
