Electronic accelerator symbol is lit, and truck hesitates on take off
The symbol for the electronic accelerator is lit up, and the truck hesitates on take off as if the transmission is slipping. Once moving, it does not shift. The manual calls this "limp home mode"

Your going to need to send this truck in for diagnostics. With the ECU deciding to put the engine into "Limp Mode" The engine light should also be on. The ECU should be scanned for active and pending codes. There are too many variables and I would need more information to help. I will say that a clogged air-filter, a dirty or defective MAF sensor, or sludge inside the fuel system, could cause this symptom. But it could be anything really.
