Element 3711b screen is black with no sound
First my tv was going threw color changes when I cut it on I had to let it run for a few then cut it off then back on and it will be ok.now the screen is black and it does nothing and has no sound

Try unplugging your receiver from the electrical outlet for 10 seconds to have the receiver reboot. You can also check your connections from the TV to the receiver to make sure they are secure. The last thing to try is a different cable from the receiver to the TV. Thanks.
