Elvis Alive dead out of the box
I just received Elvis Alive as a Christmas Gift this year from my daughter. We set it up the same day and it was not working right out of the box. I have turned it on and off several times as well as removed the cartridge and re-installed several times. This has all been done on the power source not batteries. I have attempted to contact the MFG w/o results. Any suggestions?

My Elvis worked for the first day and not the next. I tried to reset him by going from off to on, but I got nothing. I tried to take out the cartridge and restall it, nothing. I replaced the batteries in the remote, nothing.
I unplugged him and replugged him, nothing. I'm stumped. I can't resusitate him.
