I did see that Max CPUID value limit is set to disable. The sidebar says "this should be enabled in order to boot legacy OSes that cannot support CPUs with extended CPUID functions. Should I switch that to

Anything atapi is usually dvd or cd rom based.
it appears you have both the dvd and hard drive on the same ide cable. as this isn't a continuation of the original message i'll have to ask if that is a laptop.
legacy at least with operating systems would be win 95 98 etc. unless you are using those particular o/s leave it disabled.
I presume you are in the bios at the moment ?
