Embroidery I had to re-upload the sizing software for my Bernina 165 embroidery machine. I am now able to read the designs onto a Magic Box card. The card reads in the sewing machine, but the machine is telling me to "use a larger hoop." I tried reducing the design, and even tried designs I have made before, but it doesn't recognize the hoop. Thank you!

When you are editing the design make sure you are actually doing it in the hoop size that you want. It may be that the design has been done in a larger hoop although it does not really require it. I can change the hoop size on my machine. Good Luck!
