This is the casement a/c unit in my apt, I can't find an owner manual or anything for this unit and believe it is VERY old, can anyone tell me exactly how old this model is and if I can get an owner manual somewhere? It doesn't cool my home at all, the air comes out cool but I don't think the fan works. Please help if you can.
