Emissions light keeps illuminating but has been driving ok till now.. car has no ''power'' and wont rev over 3000 but it is a intermittent problem. garage has changed the throttle pedal but has made no difference atall and cost £230 and are now saying it looks like a problem with the turbo which can cost up to £1K... please advise as this is becoming a nightmare and seem to be going in circles!!!
