Engine lags when accelerator is pressed under load
Engine lags when accelerator is pressed under normal driving. rpms will come up if you let up on pedal. Fuel presure 40 unregualted 30 regulated, changed air flow meter from another car,did not help, could it be the Oxegen sencor?

Check the plugs for fouling. You may have a bad plug wire or wires. They cause the engine to hesitate at low rpm when they are faulty. Please rate me on this answer.
