I have an 05 Optmia, I replaced both spark plugs, replaced one of the Ignition Coils, the other coil was replaced about a year ago. The RPM guage\ tach still does not work. I had a mechanic tell me that he thought it my be a sending unit that has gone bad. He said they are fairly easy to replace and that I could go to an Auto Parts store and that they should be able to tell me where they are located at on the engine.I have an 05 Optmia, I replaced both spark plugs, replaced one of the Ignition Coils, the other coil was replaced about a year ago. A cylinder misfire WILL NOT cause the tach to not respond. Check your sensors. IG failure sensor.
