Engine quits running after starting
1994 929 recent problem. When I start the engine and run the RPM up to 2000 or 2500 RPM, it immediately acts as if it is not getting gas or electricity or something, and dies. I can start the engine up again with the same result.
I won't run for more than 3 or 4 seconds.

Check the fuel pump pressure while it is running and begins to die, the fuel pump has 2 circuits, one supplies power while you start the engine, the other after the engine is running, you may have an issue with the run circuit of the fuel pump.
