I just picked up this GoPed at a neighbors Garage Sale. He sold it because he could not get it to start. I changed the spark plug, put new fuel/oil, took the carburator off, changed the priming bulb, and cleaned it.
The GoPed started and I adjusted the carburator at max throtle. When my son tries to take off on it, the engine stalls. I took a close look at the carburator when you squeeze the new priming bulb and can not see any gas being pumped into the carburator. When take off the fuel return hose and block the fitting with my finger the gas can be seen being dispursed in the carburator. The gas does not look like it is coming out of the orifice, but sideways out of the plastic tube inside the carburator. Do I need a new carburator, or am I just very bad at tunning the carb?
