Not wanting to be smart ---- but check the fuel. If it has been setting for a long time the carb may be gumed up and running on half chock with some carb cleaner added to the fuel my clear that up. If the fuel is real old change it out for fresh. If the fuel filter has not be changed in a while check that. Check to see the vent hole in the fuel tank cap is clear. Check to see if the fuel line is not kinked. I don't think it is electrical or it would not start at all although it is possible and that is a whole new can of worms. Hope this helps you
