I have the enV2, and it was wet, about a month ago, and I plugged it in today and left it that way for like an hour and next think I knew it said BATTERY CHARGING which means it works and you can hit power, but you can't unplug it or do anything with it while you wait for it to say battery charging. But the only defect on mine is that there is only a little water damage on the inside screen, none anywhere else, and all the keypad thingys work, and I can't listen to anything, but it is only the first day for me, you would just have to give it time, and hopefully the leftover water particles deep inside your phone will evaporate from the warmth of the phone being on, if you have the same problem you will just always have to have your phone on vibrate until it works. Hope this worked for you and helped you.

I think you may have to get a new phone i had a friend who had an env2 got it wet and now it doesn't work at all. env2's don't like water
