This error is usually shown when using the AdjProg to try to reset the waste ink counter.
The error code is caused by one of the following: 1. More than one Epson printer is connected (turn any others off) 2. The utility can't connect using the "Auto" setting for the printer "port" (Select the specific printer port using the "Select" button).
