025 means that you have a string length outside the range. It is somewhat of a generic error. Look inside your data stream and see if you are providing more data in a field than you should. Example would be in your Format you have designated 12 characters for a field, and you provided 13 or more in the Batch record.
Since this error is different from user to user, the generic answer works for all users with this issue, but the specific flag is different. I've seen it for description fields, barcode fields, and various other data fields where a quantity of characters is expected to be used, but a quantity + or - 1 or more of those characters sets off this error.
If you could post a copy of your datastream, I may even be able to diagnose it. The Format portion of the datastream starts with something like {F,1,A,R,E... and ends with a }. Then there is the batch record with starts with something like {B,1,.... and ends with a } I would like to see all data from the frist { to the last } to be more helpful if you're not able to find it from this.
