Error A-01-211. Master roll not feeding properly
I just picked up a used Risograph RZ 220. I keep getting an error message A-01-211. The highlighted problem area on the icon lights up as area 4, meaning the master roll. I keep trying to feed the master material as instructed in the manual, but the master feeder won't accept the master material. Thanks in advance for any help!

Error type A01: Master feed error Error point 211: Master-positioning sensor in ON during standby.
OR replace it
I have same error, but the release button will not work so that I can pull out the tray. Have cycled power by pulling the plug for 5 min to attempt reset, but did not work.
